The record price for Kandinsky's artwork is not inherently political. It is primarily driven by market demand, art historical significance, and the rarity of the piece. However, the high prices achieved for Kandinsky's work can reflect broader trends in the art market and the value placed on certain artists within the art world, which can sometimes intersect with political and social dynamics. Ultimately, while the record price for Kandinsky may not be directly political, it can still be influenced by larger societal forces. **

The record price for Kandinsky's painting "Studie zu Improvisation 3" at auction for $34.2 million in 2017 may have been influenced by political factors. Kandinsky was a prominent figure in the Russian avant-garde movement, and his work was often associated with the political and social upheaval of the early 20th century. Additionally, the auction market can be influenced by geopolitical events and economic factors, which may have contributed to the high price achieved for the painting. However, it is important to note that the record price may also be attributed to the rarity and significance of the artwork itself, as well as the demand from collectors and art enthusiasts. **

When starting to color a drawing, I like to begin by selecting a color palette that complements the overall mood and theme of the artwork. Then, I usually start by laying down base colors and gradually building up layers to add depth and dimension. I also pay attention to light sources and shadows to create a more realistic and dynamic look. Finally, I like to add details and highlights to bring the drawing to life. **
